Dispatch timelines, delivery estimates and shipping charges for CALVIX ATELIER belt orders across India.
Dispatch timelines
Orders are packed and dispatched from our Surat facility within 1–2 working days of confirmation. Cash on Delivery orders are dispatched after a short verification call to the mobile number provided.
Delivery estimates
Metro cities typically receive orders in 3–5 working days. Other cities and towns usually take 5–8 working days. Remote pincodes may take slightly longer depending on courier reach.
Shipping charges
Standard shipping is free across India on prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery is available on serviceable pincodes; any applicable COD handling fee will be shown before you place the order.
Tracking
Once your parcel leaves our facility, we share the courier name and tracking number on your registered mobile number over call or WhatsApp.
Undelivered parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or the recipient was unreachable after repeated attempts, we will contact you to arrange a re-dispatch.
