Cancellation Policy
How to cancel a CALVIX ATELIER belt order before dispatch, including Cash on Delivery orders.
Cancelling before dispatch
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Call or WhatsApp us with your order ID and we will cancel it immediately.
After dispatch
Once a parcel has left our facility it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery of a Cash on Delivery parcel, or raise a return after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Cancellations by us
We may cancel an order if the item goes out of stock, the delivery pincode is unserviceable, the address or phone number is invalid, or the order appears fraudulent. Any amount already paid in such cases is refunded in full.
Repeated COD refusals
Customers who repeatedly refuse Cash on Delivery parcels without cancelling in advance may be restricted to prepaid orders on future purchases.
