When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number, delivery address, pincode and, if you choose to share it, your email address. This information is used only to process, pack and deliver your belt order and to contact you about it.
How we use your information
Your details are used to confirm Cash on Delivery orders by phone, hand over shipping information to our courier partner, and respond to service requests. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties.
Payment information
CALVIX ATELIER does not collect or store card numbers, UPI PINs, CVV codes or net-banking credentials on this website. Cash on Delivery orders are paid directly to the delivery executive. When online payments are enabled, they will be handled entirely by a certified payment gateway.
Data retention and security
Order records are retained only as long as required for accounting, warranty and statutory purposes. Cart data is stored locally in your own browser and can be cleared at any time by emptying your cart.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete your stored order details by contacting our support number or email. We will act on verified requests within a reasonable period.
