Return & Refund Policy
How to return a CALVIX ATELIER belt within 7 days of delivery and how refunds are processed.
7-day return window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the belt is unused, unworn, free of scratches, and returned with its original packaging and tags intact.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged belt or a style different from what you ordered, share a photograph of the product and packaging with us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
How to raise a return
Call or WhatsApp our support number with your order ID and reason for return. We will confirm eligibility and arrange a reverse pickup where the pincode is serviceable, or share a self-ship address.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of the returned belt reaching and passing our quality check. Prepaid refunds go back to the original payment method; Cash on Delivery refunds are transferred to your bank account or UPI ID.
Non-returnable cases
Belts that have been worn, cut, resized, damaged by use, or returned without original packaging cannot be accepted.
